ExpertFit Guaranteed™ Policy

Introduction

At Fajas Tributo, we understand that finding the right fit when shopping online can be challenging. That is why we created ExpertFit Guaranteed™ — our commitment to ensuring you receive the correct fit for your garment.

If for any reason your garment does not fit as expected, we will work with you to find the right solution through expert guidance and a structured exchange process.

ExpertFit Guaranteed™ is part of our promise to support you throughout your recovery or daily wear journey, ensuring that your experience with Tributo is safe, comfortable, and reliable.

General Terms of ExpertFit Guaranteed™

ExpertFit Guaranteed™ is included with all eligible garments and provides the following benefits:

One (1) complimentary size exchange or alteration if the garment does not fit correctly. The Fit Expert will determine the most appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis.

Personalized guidance through a video call with a member of our certified Fit Expert team. This step is mandatory in order to process the exchange.

For approved ExpertFit Guaranteed™ cases within the United States, Tributo covers all shipping costs associated with the warranty process.

For approved ExpertFit Guaranteed™ cases outside the United States, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of the new replacement garment. International warranty garments are remade with the necessary fit improvements recommended by our Fit Expert team. Due to the nature of international cases, the original garment is not altered or adjusted, and a new garment is made instead.

Geographic Applicability

ExpertFit Guaranteed™ is a global warranty program that applies to all customers worldwide, regardless of their location or delivery destination. This comprehensive warranty ensures that every customer who purchases from Fajas Tributo receives the same level of protection and support for their garment fit.

Garment Condition Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange under ExpertFit Guaranteed™, the garment must be returned in try-on condition only.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the ExpertFit Guaranteed™, the request must be submitted within 4 days of delivery, and the garment must meet all of the following requirements.

These requirements are cumulative, meaning every condition listed below must be fully met. If any of these requirements is not met, the garment will automatically lose eligibility under the ExpertFit Guaranteed™, even if the request was submitted within the 4-day period.

The garment must meet all of the following criteria:

Unwashed: The garment must not have been washed, laundered, or cleaned in any way.

Free of odors, body fluids, or signs of wear: The garment must show no evidence of extended use, prolonged contact, stains, odors, sweat, body fluids, or hygiene-related concerns.

No fabric distortion: The garment must not show deformation, stretching, warping, or changes to the fabric caused by prolonged wear or improper use.

Original tags attached: All original tags and labels must remain attached and intact.

Used only for a brief fit assessment: The garment must have been worn only for the limited purpose of checking the fit.

Definition of a Fit Assessment

A fit assessment refers to a brief try-on period used solely to verify the fit of the garment, generally no longer than a few minutes. For hygiene purposes, underwear must be worn during the fit assessment.

Wearing the garment for recovery, daily use, extended shaping, compression therapy, sleeping, exercising, or any activity beyond a brief fit check will no longer be considered a fit assessment and may void eligibility under the ExpertFit Guaranteed™.

If the Garment Is Not Eligible

If the garment does not meet all of the eligibility requirements above, the ExpertFit Guaranteed™ will no longer apply.

In some cases, Tributo may still review possible solutions under our standard exchange or alteration policies, when applicable. Any approved solution outside the ExpertFit Guaranteed™, including an alteration or garment replacement, will be subject to the applicable costs, shipping fees, and service charges quoted by our Shapers or Customer Care team before proceeding.

Inspection of Returned Garments

All returned garments will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival at our facilities before the replacement shipment is authorized. If evidence of extended use, damage, or inadequate hygiene is detected, the exchange request may be denied.

Eligibility Period

To activate ExpertFit Guaranteed™, the request must be initiated within the following timeframe:

The request must be submitted within four (4) calendar days of the delivery confirmation date as recorded by the shipping carrier.

Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a complimentary exchange under this program and will be processed in accordance with our standard exchange policies.

Customer Cooperation & Response Deadline

Submitting an ExpertFit Guaranteed™ request within four (4) calendar days of delivery starts the review process, but it does not automatically guarantee approval, coverage, exchange, alteration, or replacement.

To keep the ExpertFit Guaranteed™ active, the customer must cooperate with Tributo’s Customer Service team throughout the review process. Once Tributo responds to the request and asks for additional information, evidence, or next steps, the customer must provide the requested information within two (2) calendar days.

Requested information may include, but is not limited to, photos, videos, updated measurements, fit assessment details, participation in a video call, or any other information required to properly evaluate the garment and determine whether the issue qualifies under ExpertFit Guaranteed™.

If the customer does not respond, does not provide the requested information, or does not complete the required next steps within two (2) calendar days, the ExpertFit Guaranteed™ claim will be automatically closed and the garment will no longer be eligible for coverage under this program.

Issues closed due to lack of response cannot be reopened under ExpertFit Guaranteed™, even if the original request was submitted within the four (4) calendar-day eligibility period.

Any request submitted after the claim has been closed may only be reviewed under Tributo’s standard exchange or alteration policies, when applicable. Any approved solution outside ExpertFit Guaranteed™, including an alteration, exchange, or replacement, may be subject to applicable costs, shipping fees, and service charges quoted by Tributo before proceeding.

Request Process

The process is straightforward and designed to help you achieve the right fit.

Step 1 — Contact Our Support Team

Reach out to our Customer Service team via our contact form, live chat, or email to report that the garment does not fit correctly.

Please note that contacting Customer Service within the four (4) calendar-day period only starts the review process. The customer must also respond to all requests for information, evidence, or next steps within two (2) calendar days to keep the ExpetFit Guaranteed active.

Step 2 — Video Call Scheduling

Our team will schedule a video call with one of our certified Fit Experts at a time that is convenient for you.

Step 3 — Fit Evaluation

During the video call, our Fit Expert will:

•Visually assess the fit of the garment

•Confirm your measurements

•Verify the correct technique for putting on the garment

•Determine the appropriate size, model, or alterations required for the exchange or adjustment

Step 4 — Authorization and Logistics

If the warranty case is approved:

• For customers located within the United States, Tributo will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The original garment must be returned, inspected, and approved before the replacement garment is shipped.

• For customers located outside the United States, the original garment will not be returned for alteration. Instead, a new garment will be produced with the fit improvements recommended by our Fit Expert team. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the new replacement garment.

Mandatory Requirement: Video Call with a Fit Expert!

Approval of an exchange under ExpertFit Guaranteed™ requires a mandatory video call with one of our certified Fit Experts.

If you choose not to participate in the video call, we will be unable to process the exchange under ExpertFit Guaranteed™.

Video Call Timeframes

Video call is required, the customer must respond to Tributo’s scheduling request and confirm an available appointment within two (2) calendar days.

Video calls are subject to Tributo’s team availability. If the earliest available appointment falls outside this timeframe, the claim will remain active as long as the customer responds within the required period and confirms one of the available options provided by Tributo.

Only one (1) rescheduling is permitted. If the customer misses the call, fails to attend, or requests more than one rescheduling, the ExpertFit Guaranteed™ claim may be automatically closed.

Exchange Conditions

The following conditions govern all exchanges processed under ExpertFit Guaranteed™:

One (1) exchange is authorized per garment purchased. The exchange will be for the same model and color as the original garment. In exceptional cases where the Fit Expert determines that the original model is not anatomically compatible with the customer, an exchange for a different model may be authorized. If a price difference exists between products, the balance must be covered by the customer.

Return and Shipping Logistics

Once the warranty case has been approved:

For customers located within the United States:
Tributo will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The garment must be shipped within two (2) business days of the approval date. Failure to ship within this timeframe may result in the case being closed.

Once the returned garment has been received, inspected, and approved, the replacement garment will be shipped at no additional cost via standard shipping.

For customers located outside the United States:
The original garment will not be returned for alteration or adjustment. Instead, Tributo will produce a new garment with the necessary fit improvements recommended by our Fit Expert team.

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the new replacement garment. Once the shipping payment has been completed, the approved replacement garment will be processed and shipped according to the applicable production and shipping timelines.

Express Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee of $30.00, payable by the customer.

Limitations and Exclusions

ExpertFit Guaranteed™ does not cover the following:

•Exchanges based on personal preference or change of mind.

•Garments damaged due to washing, misuse, or external alterations.

•Products showing signs of extended wear.

•Garments altered by third parties.

•Cases in which an order is placed on hold or under verification due to measurement review and the customer does not cooperate with said verification process — in such situations, the program will not be applicable.

Non-Eligible Products

ExpertFit Guaranteed™ does not apply to the following product categories:

•Outlet products: Final sale items are excluded.

•Accessories (boards, extenders, etc.): Supplementary items are not covered.

•One-size garments: Products that come in only one universal size and do not have additional stock available are not eligible.

For these products, alternative solutions such as store credit may be available, as applicable.

Refund Policy

ExpertFit Guaranteed™ is a fit adjustment and exchange program — it is not a monetary refund program.

By participating in this program, the customer acknowledges that the resolution offered by Tributo will consist of a size exchange, alteration, or model replacement, and not a monetary refund.

Abuse Prevention

Tributo actively monitors all requests submitted under ExpertFit Guaranteed™. We reserve the right to:

•Manually review accounts with multiple exchange requests.

•Investigate usage patterns that suggest misuse of the program.

•Restrict or suspend access to the program in cases of fraud or abuse.

Timeframes and Approval Process

To activate ExpertFit Guaranteed™, the initial request must be submitted within four (4) calendar days of the delivery confirmation date.

After Tributo responds to the request, any requested information, evidence, video call confirmation, or required next step must be completed within two (2) calendar days. Failure to respond or complete the required steps within this timeframe will result in the claim being automatically closed and the garment losing eligibility under ExpertFit Guaranteed™.

Once the return label has been issued, the garment must be shipped within two (2) business days. Failure to ship within this timeframe may result in the case being closed.

Relationship with Tributo Care

ExpertFit Guaranteed™ ensures the initial fit of your garment and is available to all customers worldwide.

Extended Protection for U.S. Customers

For customers located in the United States, Tributo Care provides an optional extended protection program that complements ExpertFit Guaranteed™. This add-on service offers an additional 30 calendar days of coverage beyond the ExpertFit Guaranteed™ warranty period for a one-time fee of $10.00 per order. Tributo Care includes coverage for fit issues (misfit), accidental damage alterations, damage or loss of package during shipping, and other post-purchase services. Exceptions and Special Rights

Exchanges will only be processed with prior authorization. Tributo reserves the right to decline exchanges when necessary to protect the integrity of the program. Photos and videos submitted as evidence will be used solely for the purpose of resolving the case.

Tributo reserves the right to suspend communication with customers who engage in offensive language or disrespectful behavior.

Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase at Fajas Tributo, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the terms of ExpertFit Guaranteed™.
