Shipping policy

Please note that DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC, we will hold your package until you pay the redelivery fee, or refund the corresponding amount after extra shipping and customs fees deduction.

Please note that DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is not responsible for the delay of the shipping company or customs matters.

DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is not responsible if the shipping company lost a package, or If your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, in both cases, the client should contact the corresponding currier company and request written evidence of the answer they gave you.

In the shipping process, the customer is paying for the delivery signature since, with this, we will guarantee the correct package delivery. The customer can request to release the signature. However, if anything happens to the package, DHL/UPS, not Tributo, won't hold responsibility since the insurance company will request a response signature.

If you need to redirect Your package to a different address, you will be responsible for additional fees.

1.- Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (NOT including weekends, Colombian holidays, which is where the factory is located).

2-The approximate arrival time for custom fajas: Production time 4 Business days + 2/3 business days Shipping

We do not ship to PO,APO,AE Boxes ADDRESS, and Tributo will not cover any expenses generated by ordering to PO,APO,AE Boxes , and the client should cover it. Refunds to orders made to PO,APO,AE Boxes will not be complete due to the administration fee.
