Shipping Policy

At DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC., we are committed to shipping our products safely and efficiently. However, it is important that our customers understand our policies regarding shipping, international returns, insurance, and liability in case of issues.

Shipping:

  • All international packages are shipped on a "Shipping Duties Unpaid" basis. This means that DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. does not charge duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These fees are the customer’s responsibility at delivery.

  • If the customer does not pay the corresponding duties and the package is returned to DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC., the package will be held until the re-shipping fee is paid.

  • DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or customs issues.

  • In the event that the package needs to be redirected to a different address after shipping, the customer will be required to pay an additional fee as determined by the courier.

Shipping Times:

  1. Inventory Orders (Outlet, Ready to Wear, Accessories, and Waist Trainers):

    • Ships within 48 business hours after order confirmation. This does not include weekends or Colombian holidays, as the factory is located in Colombia.

  2. Custom Garments and Vests:

    • Estimated shipping time: 2 to 3 business days for production, plus 3 to 4 business days for delivery. This does not include weekends or Colombian holidays.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO, or AE addresses.

  • DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect addresses. The shipping address provided at checkout will be the address to which we ship the package.

  • If the shipping company loses the package or if the order is marked as delivered but the customer did not receive it, the customer must contact the respective courier and request written evidence of the response provided.

Signature Requirement:

  • If the customer would like the option for a signature upon delivery to ensure accurate receipt, an extra fee will apply.

  • If the customer chooses to waive the signature, DHL/UPS/FedEx, not Tributo, will be responsible for any issues that may arise, as insurance companies require a signature for any claims to be valid.

Return Policy:

  • Returns must be made in a flyer or bag with a maximum size of 40 cm x 30 cm x 1 cm. If the customer uses an oversized box or packaging, an additional fee of $40 to $60 USD may apply.

Insurance and Claims:

  • In case of package loss, the customer must contact the courier and our Customer Service team to support the claim process with the shipping company.

  • Once we receive a response from the courier/customer, we will proceed with the claim.

Address Changes:

  • Address changes on an order are free until the customer receives the tracking email.

  • If the package has already been picked up by our courier and an address change is needed, there will be an additional fee of $8 USD.

Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address, contact information, and delivery preferences are correct to avoid any inconvenience. This includes carefully verifying the shipping address provided at checkout.

Shipping and Package Redirection:

  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped or during the shipping process, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • If you wish to redirect your package after it has been shipped, you may need to pay additional fees, depending on the policies of the courier used.
