You understand that customized and all other products on our website upon order are non-returnable or refundable once an order has been placed, And there will be no refund for shipping fees unless you received items damaged or other than what you ordered.

Tributo produces the garments based on the measures reported by the client and it is the client's responsibility to verify the accuracy of those. If the client report incorrect measurements and the garment produced by Tributo designs do not fit the client's body or it is oversized, Tributo Design will not change the product or make any kind of refund of the money.

Some of the products are shown through pictures that sometimes may distort the real color of the products, we try to show the products as real and accurate as possible. We can not guaranty that the visualization of the colors on your computer screen is accurate.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

 

PREORDER

Preorder items are classified as custom made and as such are non-refundable nor do we offer an exchange on these items although each case will be addressed on a case-to-case basis. While we do provide an expected delivery date, this time frame is estimated and as such if not met will not warrant a plausible reason for order cancellation. Due to their bespoke nature, any Made-to-Order items are non-returnable and cannot be canceled. Note should you choose to cancel your order payment will be taken in full. Distribution

Tributo products are not allowed to be distributed o resell without our written authorization.

Tributo products are designed by DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS, therefore DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS is the only owner, and is not allowed to copy or reproduces them.

OPTIONAL TOOLS

We provide access and support to the payment tools, make sure to read de terms and conditions of these tools because Tributo is not responsible for them.

Any inquiries, claims, or doubts related to external tools should be done directly to them.

 

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you

In no case shall DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these terms of service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these terms of service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

TERMINATION

​The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These terms of service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these terms of service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these terms of service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).

Return and Refund Policy

At Fajas Tributo, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and we always strive to ensure that our products are of impeccable quality. Due to the nature of our garments, which are considered intimate wear and often used for post-surgical purposes, our return policies are strict to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

General Conditions for Returns

Garment Condition and Usage: We only accept returns for garments that are in perfect condition, meaning:

  • No damages.

  • With original tags and packaging.

  • Free of odors and stains.

  • With all accessories intact.

Refunds:

  • If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued to the customer with a 30% deduction to cover production costs, and the customer will bear the shipping costs. The refund will be processed once the garment's condition is verified.

  • If any accessories are missing, the corresponding cost will be deducted.

Damaged or Poor Condition Garments:

  • If a returned garment shows any signs of damage or improper use (such as tears, permanent stains, cuts, fraying, burns, etc.), an additional charge of 10% to 50% of the product’s value will apply, depending on the extent of the damage or dirt.

Timeframes and Return Request Process:

  • The customer has 48 hours from the receipt of the garment to contact us and report any issues, providing visual evidence (photos and/or videos).

  • Once the support team approves the return, the customer must send the garment back within 2 business days following approval. The exchange or refund will only proceed when we receive the garment in perfect condition as mentioned above.

  • Important: If the customer does not respond to our shipping request within the specified timeframe (2 business days), the exchange or alteration of the garment will not proceed.

Sizing and Fit Issues:

  • Each customer is responsible for providing exact measurements when placing an order. If the measurements were not correctly taken, we do not assume responsibility, nor will we make exchanges.

  • If the garment does not fit correctly, the customer must report this within 48 hours, providing visual evidence (photos/videos). Our team will analyze the fit and, if necessary, coordinate a video call with our shapers (Customer Service) to verify measurements and advise on proper garment usage.

  • If the customer does not cooperate or does not provide the necessary proof, they may return the garment in perfect condition to receive a refund (less the 30% production costs and shipping costs). This must be done with prior approval from the shaper (Customer Service) and sent within 48 hours after return approval confirmation.

  • Important: If, after one week of receiving a response from the team, the customer does not cooperate or fails to provide the requested evidence, the case will be closed, and no exchange, refund, or adjustment of the garment will be made.

Additional Conditions:

  • Laundry: If the garment sent for alteration arrives with human fluids, stains, or bad odors, a $10 USD laundry fee will apply.

  • On-Hold Orders: If the customer leaves special notes or if information is missing from their order, it will be placed on hold until Customer Service verifies the details. If no response is received within a week, the order will be marked as completed, and the customer will receive a gift card for the total amount paid to place a new order later. If the customer later indicates they do not wish to receive the gift card and want a refund, 20% of the order amount will be deducted for administrative handling.

  • Shipping Policy: Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case.

  • Incomplete Returns: For example, if any accessory such as boards, extenders, or additional garments are missing, a corresponding deduction will be made in the refund amount.

Exceptions:

  • If any of the following garments fit incorrectly, we cannot exchange them: Outlet, Ready to Wear, Ab Boards, Sleeves, Vest, and Waist Trainer.

  • We only accept returns with prior approval. Without this approval, no exchange, refund, or alteration will be processed.

  • Photos and videos submitted as evidence will not be used for purposes beyond case resolution.

  • The customer must send the product back within 48 hours after receiving approval from the shapers (Customer Service).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations During Production:

  • If you decide to cancel your custom garment or vest order once production has begun, a 30% deduction from the total amount will be applied to cover production handling costs. If changes are required in the order once production has started, an additional fee will be applied, depending on the nature of the requested modification.

Cancellations of Stock Products and Ready to Wear Line:

  • For orders of stock products, the Ready to Wear line, waist trainers, accessories, Outlet items, and abdominal boards, if you decide to cancel after the order has been confirmed, a 20% deduction from the total amount will apply to cover management costs.

Cancellations During Shipping:

  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped or during the shipping process, the shipping costs will not be refunded. You may also be responsible for additional charges that apply for DHL/UPS/FedEx to redirect or return your package.

Chargebacks:

  • In the event that a customer initiates a chargeback on an order that is in production or transit, the order will be put on hold and/or redirected until we receive notification on the case resolution. Please note that this process can take up to 3 months. We recommend contacting us before initiating a chargeback.

Right to Refuse and Communication Policy:

  • We reserve the right to issue refunds when deemed necessary. Additionally, we reserve the right to cease communication with a customer if we detect hate speech or disrespectful and offensive behavior toward our team. We do not tolerate such behavior under any circumstances. 

Shipping Policy

At DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC., we are committed to shipping our products safely and efficiently. However, it is important that our customers understand our policies regarding shipping, international returns, insurance, and liability in case of issues.

Shipping:

  • All international packages are shipped on a "Shipping Duties Unpaid" basis. This means that DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. does not charge duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These fees are the customer’s responsibility at delivery.

  • If the customer does not pay the corresponding duties and the package is returned to DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC., the package will be held until the re-shipping fee is paid.

  • DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or customs issues.

  • In the event that the package needs to be redirected to a different address after shipping, the customer will be required to pay an additional fee as determined by the courier.

Shipping Times:

  1. Inventory Orders (Outlet, Ready to Wear, Accessories, and Waist Trainers):

    • Ships within 48 business hours after order confirmation. This does not include weekends or Colombian holidays, as the factory is located in Colombia.

  2. Custom Garments and Vests:

    • Estimated shipping time: 2 to 3 business days for production, plus 3 to 4 business days for delivery. This does not include weekends or Colombian holidays.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO, or AE addresses.

  • DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect addresses. The shipping address provided at checkout will be the address to which we ship the package.

  • If the shipping company loses the package or if the order is marked as delivered but the customer did not receive it, the customer must contact the respective courier and request written evidence of the response provided.

Signature Requirement:

  • If the customer would like the option for a signature upon delivery to ensure accurate receipt, an extra fee will apply.

  • If the customer chooses to waive the signature, DHL/UPS/FedEx, not Tributo, will be responsible for any issues that may arise, as insurance companies require a signature for any claims to be valid.

Return Policy:

  • Returns must be made in a flyer or bag with a maximum size of 40 cm x 30 cm x 1 cm. If the customer uses an oversized box or packaging, an additional fee of $40 to $60 USD may apply.

Insurance and Claims:

  • In case of package loss, the customer must contact the courier and our Customer Service team to support the claim process with the shipping company.

  • Once we receive a response from the courier/customer, we will proceed with the claim.

Address Changes:

  • Address changes on an order are free until the customer receives the tracking email.

  • If the package has already been picked up by our courier and an address change is needed, there will be an additional fee of $8 USD.

Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address, contact information, and delivery preferences are correct to avoid any inconvenience. This includes carefully verifying the shipping address provided at checkout.

Shipping and Package Redirection:

  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped or during the shipping process, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • If you wish to redirect your package after it has been shipped, you may need to pay additional fees, depending on the policies of the courier used.

DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested or when we have your permission. 

We will transfer information about you if DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is acquired by or merged with another company. The Fajas Tributo mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Fajas Tributo (“Fajas Tributo”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Fajas Tributo’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Fajas Tributo through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Fajas Tributo. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Tributo or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Fajas Tributo mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

​USE OF CLIENT PICTURES

Tributo considers the pictures shared by email or social media in which there is a mention of the brand as co-ownership between the user and the brand.

The use of this picture is entirely for marketing, and consent is always requested to the person that appears in the picture.

If you found a picture of you and believe you have not given your consent to publish it or want to remove it, please send an email to [email protected] we will handle the case and delete the material from our publications.

The pictures submitted in the shopping process as additional information to the order are used only for understanding the client's body and will not be used in any public media.

DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is not responsible for the pictures or videos that other companies still from our social media channels such as video reviews and are posted on pages no authorized by us.
