You understand that customized and all other products on our website upon order are non-returnable or refundable once an order has been placed, And there will be no refund for shipping fees unless you received items damaged or other than what you ordered.

Every customer is responsible for the measurement taken. Tributo produces the garments based on the measures reported by the client and it is the client's responsibility to verify the accuracy of those. If the client report incorrect measurements and the garment produced by Tributo designs do not fit the client's body or it is oversized, Tributo Design will not change the product or make any kind of refund of the money.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (IF APPLICABLE)

Some products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.

Some of the products are shown through pictures that sometimes may distort the real color of the products, we try to show the products as real and accurate as possible. We can not guaranty that the visualization of the colors on your computer screen is accurate.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

 

PREORDER

Preorder items are classified as custom made and as such are non-refundable nor do we offer an exchange on these items although each case will be addressed on a case-to-case basis. While we do provide an expected delivery date, this time frame is estimated and as such if not met will not warrant a plausible reason for order cancellation. Due to their bespoke nature, any Made-to-Order items are non-returnable and cannot be canceled. Note should you choose to cancel your order payment will be taken in full. Distribution

Tributo products are not allowed to be distributed o resell without our written authorization.

Tributo products are designed by DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS, therefore DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA SAS is the only owner, and is not allowed to copy or reproduces them.

OPTIONAL TOOLS

We provide access and support to the payment tools, make sure to read de terms and conditions of these tools because Tributo is not responsible for them.

Any inquiries, claims, or doubts related to external tools should be done directly to them.

 

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these terms of service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these terms of service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

TERMINATION

​The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These terms of service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these terms of service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these terms of service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or give refunds of any kind. Our products are considered underwear and are used in most cases for a postsurgical process. This makes that human fluid impregnate the garment, and we want to maintain our product with the optimal quality without putting risk to someone else.

We only change garments in the case of manufacturing imperfection, material or sewing issues.

If there is a sizing issue, remember that every client takes their own measures and the measures that each client submitted into the form are the ones we consider as the real ones. We will not assume responsibility or change products if the measurements were not taken correctly.

If your faja does not fit, we will need evidence. It can be through pictures, videos, or video calls. If the client does not want to cooperate and send the proper proof that the faja does not fit, she/he can send the garment back, and once we check that the garment hasn't been used, we would make the refund with a 30% discount that corresponds to the expenses of production. The shipping price won't be refunded. The photo/videos that the client sends as evidence would not be used for other purposes different than to keep track of your order, understand how it fits, and give a proper solution to your enquire.

If the client has any issues with the garment, she/he has 48 hr after receiving the garment to contact us in [email protected], providing visual evidence of the misfit.

In case we establish the need to exchange your garment, you will need to first ship it back to us within the next 2 business days after one of our representatives tells you, so we can proceed with the new garment once we receive either your tracking number or your unused garment.

To make returns, exchanges, alterations, and/or repairs a breeze, we ask that you kindly return all garments in their best condition (for example: without human fluids, blood – we emphasize the importance of hygiene, as well as avoiding stains or odors). If that’s not doable, just give us a heads up, and we'll add the cost of laundering services, which amounts to $10usd to your order. This fee ensures a laundering service, so the garment is ready for further handling.

If you are not able to fulfill this time we won't be able to process your guarantee.

Requirements

Returns are subject to quality approval by our returns department. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

To report the issue within 48 hours after receiving the product.

  • To send back the product within 48 hours after receiving the approval of the support team.

  • Unused, Unworn and, unaltered 

  • Free of hair and odors.

  • Original Packaging with Sewn-in tags attached

  • Unstained

We will ship the new garment after verifying that you have shipped back the garment you had.   

If any of the following garments fit you incorrectly we are not going to be able to exchange them: Outlet, Semi-Custom,  Ab Boards, Sleeves, and the references 4201, 4203, 4017.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not offer a refund for any cancellation of any kind.

If you cancel your purchase before 24 hours, we will refund the total amount you pay.

If you decide to cancel your order of a custom faja once it has started production, we will discount 20% to cover management expenses.

If you decide to cancel your order after 24h of any of the products on inventory such as Semi-custom, waist trainers 4201, Outlet and Ab boards. We will discount 20% to cover management expenses.

If you cancel your order after or during shipping we won’t refund your shipping and you may be responsible for additional charges DHL applies to redirect your package or ship back.

If a customer places a chargeback on an order that is in production or in transit, it will be put on hold and/or redirected until we receive a notification on our platform about your resolution. Keep in mind this can take up to 3 months. We kindly ask you to reach us before you do it.

We reserve the right to make refunds when we considered it necessary or/and stop communication with a client in the case that hate speech is detected, we have ZERO tolerance for disrespectful and offensive communication with us. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC, we will hold your package until you pay the redelivery fee, or refund the corresponding amount after extra shipping and customs fees deduction.

Please note that DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is not responsible for the delay of the shipping company or customs matters. 

DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is not responsible if the shipping company lost a package, or If your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, in both cases, the client should contact the corresponding currier company and request written evidence of the answer they gave you. 

In the shipping process, the customer is paying for the delivery signature since, with this, we will guarantee the correct package delivery. The customer can request to release the signature. However, if anything happens to the package, DHL/UPS, not Tributo, won't hold responsibility since the insurance company will request a response signature.

If you need to redirect your package to a different address, you will be responsible for additional fees.

1.- Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (NOT including weekends, Colombian holidays, which is where the factory is located).

2-The approximate arrival for custom fajas is: Production time 4 Business days + 2/3  business days Shipping

We do not ship to PO,APO,AE Boxes ADDRESS, and Tributo will not cover any expenses generated by ordering to PO,APO,AE Boxes , and the client should cover it. Refunds to orders made to PO,APO,AE Boxes will not be complete due to the administration fee.  

PRIVACY POLICY

We also collect information on what pages users access and information provided to us by users via surveys and site registrations. However, certain information collected from you and about you is used within the context of providing the Service. The information we collect is not shared with or sold to others except under certain circumstances and which your use of the Service is deemed to provide to us a valid consent to disclose the following:

DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested or when we have your permission. 

We will transfer information about you if DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. will notify you by email or by putting a prominent notice on the DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. web site before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

The Fajas Tributo mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Fajas Tributo (“Fajas Tributo”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Fajas Tributo’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Fajas Tributo through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Fajas Tributo. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Tributo or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Fajas Tributo mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

​USE OF CLIENT PICTURES

Tributo considers the pictures shared by email or social media in which there is a mention of the brand as co-ownership between the user and the brand.

The use of this picture is entirely for marketing, and consent is always requested to the person that appears in the picture.

If you found a picture of you and believe you have not given your consent to publish it or want to remove it, please send an email to [email protected] we will handle the case and delete the material from our publications.

The pictures submitted in the shopping process as additional information to the order are used only for understanding the client's body and will not be used in any public media.

DISEÑOS TRIBUTO COLOMBIA S.A.S or FAJAS TRIBUTO DESIGN LLC. is not responsible for the pictures or videos that other companies still from our social media channels such as video reviews and are posted on pages no authorized by us.
