The 4507 Custom Surgical Bra with Elbow Sleeves combines bust support and arm compression in one integrated garment, making it a practical option for women recovering from breast augmentation, breast reduction, arm liposuction, or combined upper-body procedures. Its connected design helps simplify your post-surgical compression routine without requiring separate arm sleeves.

Made to your measurements, the 4507 features supportive bust coverage and an integrated sleeve construction that extends from the shoulders toward the elbows, creating a connected fit across the upper body. Unlike traditional surgical bras with separate shoulder straps, its sleeves form part of the garment's structure. They provide moderate arm compression designed to balance support, comfort, and mobility. Each sleeve is fitted to your underbust measurements, while its standard 10-inch length provides coverage toward the elbows.

Designed to accommodate your individual proportions, this custom surgical bra brings together bust coverage and targeted arm compression for a more coordinated upper-body recovery experience. Whether your procedure involves breast surgery, arm liposuction, or both, the 4507 offers personalized support in one garment, provided its compression and coverage meet your surgeon's recommendations.

The Details That Matter

Post-Surgical Upper-Body Compression: Designed to provide bust support and moderate arm compression following breast augmentation, breast reduction, arm liposuction, or combined upper-body procedures. Compression requirements and timing should follow your surgeon’s recommendations.

Integrated Surgical Bra: Built-in bust coverage provides support within the garment, helping maintain a secure fit during recovery. Confirm that the compression level and cup construction are appropriate for your specific breast procedure.

Integrated Elbow Sleeves: Built-in sleeves extend from the shoulder area toward the elbows, providing continuous upper-body coverage without separate shoulder straps or additional arm compression garments.

Moderate Arm Compression: Sleeves provide moderate compression through the arms, designed to balance a supported feeling with comfort and freedom of movement.

Sleeve Fit & Standard Length: Sleeves are customized using your individual arm circumference measurements and feature a standard 10-inch length. The exact placement toward the elbow may vary depending on your arm proportions.

4-Row Adjustable Front Closure: Four rows of hook-and-eye closures allow you to fine-tune the bra’s fit and support as swelling decreases and your body changes throughout recovery. The adjustable closure helps maintain a secure, personalized fit without unnecessary tightness.

Connected Shoulder & Sleeve Construction: The sleeves form part of the garment’s upper-body structure rather than attaching to traditional adjustable shoulder straps, creating an integrated fit across the shoulders, bust, and arms.

Custom-Made Fit: Made according to your individual body measurements to accommodate your cup and underbust proportions.

Combined Breast & Arm Procedures: Suitable for women whose surgical plan requires both breast support and arm compression, provided the garment’s coverage and compression meet their surgeon’s specific requirements.

Made in Colombia: Each 4507 is custom manufactured in Colombia according to your submitted measurements and selected configuration.

Why You'll Love It

Bust and Arm Support in One Garment: When your recovery involves breast surgery, arm liposuction, or combined upper-body procedures, the 4507 brings support across both areas into one connected design. This helps simplify your compression routine without requiring separate arm sleeves.

A More Connected Upper-Body Fit: The integrated sleeve construction creates continuous coverage from the shoulders through the arms, working together with the surgical bra for a more securely supported feeling. Unlike traditional bras with separate straps, the sleeves are part of the garment itself.

Comfortable Arm Compression Without Sacrificing Mobility: Moderate compression provides a supported feeling through the arms without the rigidity of more restrictive garments. This balance helps make everyday movement more manageable while following your surgeon-approved compression routine.

Bust Support Tailored to Your Procedure: The integrated bra provides coverage and a securely held feeling through the bust. Its personalized fit helps accommodate your proportions while allowing you to follow the support requirements established by your surgeon.

A More Personal Fit for Your Arms: Your arm circumference measurements guide the sleeve construction, helping create a closer fit rather than relying on standard sleeve sizing. This is especially valuable when your arm proportions differ from your bust or torso measurements.

Less Layering, More Convenience: Combining bust coverage and arm compression in one garment reduces the need to manage separate pieces. This creates a more practical dressing experience during recovery, particularly when your upper-body mobility may be temporarily limited.

Coordinated Support for Combined Procedures: For women recovering from breast and arm procedures together, the 4507 offers a unified compression solution. Its design allows both areas to be supported within one garment when the compression level and coverage are appropriate for your surgical plan.

What to Expect?

Moderate Arm Compression: The sleeves are designed to provide supportive compression while allowing comfortable movement, not maximum tightness. The standard 10-inch length may reach slightly different positions depending on your arm proportions.

Compression Matched to Your Recovery: Breast and arm procedures may require different compression levels and timelines. The 4507 should be used when its bust support, arm compression, and coverage meet your surgeon’s recommendations.

Keep Your Faja at Its Best

Proper care helps preserve the compression of the Powernet, the elasticity of the Lycra, and the structure of the support rods.

Hand Wash Preferred: Wash with cold water and mild detergent. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle, fasten all hooks, and place the faja inside a mesh laundry bag.

Do Not Wring or Twist: Gently press out excess water to protect the fabric and internal structure.

Air Dry Only: Lay flat or hang in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat.

NEVER Tumble Dry: Dryer heat can permanently damage the Powernet and Lycra fibers, compromise the garment’s elasticity and compression, and ruin the faja. Keep it away from dryers and other high-heat sources.

Avoid Fabric Softeners and Bleach: These products can affect the performance and feel of compression fabrics.

Do Not Iron: Direct heat can damage the fabric and should never be applied to the garment.

Returns & Fit Policy

Because our Custom Fajas are made to your measurements and are intimate post-surgical garments, returns and exchanges are limited for hygiene and product integrity.

Eligible fit concerns are first reviewed under our ExpertFit Guaranteed™ program. U.S. customers who purchased Tributo Care may also have additional coverage under that program. If your request does not qualify under either program, our General Terms & Conditions apply.
