Its semi-custom fit lets you select waist, hip, and torso sizing based on your measurements, accounting for your proportions beyond a single standard size. The flexible construction also accommodates abdominal boards and foams when recommended as part of your post-op care.

Wide shoulder straps help support the garment, while the open-bust design allows you to wear your preferred or surgeon-recommended bra separately. Together, these features make the 1000-4 an option for clients who want gentle abdominal support with flexibility in both fit and bust support during early tummy tuck recovery.
The Details That Matter

Semi-Custom Sizing: Select waist, hip, and torso sizing based on your measurements. The 1000-4 combines these size selections for a fit that accounts for your proportions beyond a single standard size.

Recommended Ordering Time: We suggest ordering approximately 10 days before your surgery and taking your measurements close to that date. This keeps your size selections based on your most current pre-surgery proportions as you prepare for your post-op fit.

Stage 1 Compression: Softer waist and abdominal compression designed for the initial recovery phase after tummy tuck surgery, following your surgeon’s guidance on when to begin wearing a compression garment.

Tummy Tuck Compression Placement: This version includes intentional compression through the hips and glutes to complement the garment’s overall abdominal support, including the lower abdomen and FUPA area.

For Combined Tummy Tuck + BBL Procedures: If your surgery includes BBL or fat transfer to the hips or glutes, choose the Stage 1 version from our BBL & Fat Transfer collection, which provides zero compression in those areas. Confirm your garment choice with your surgeon.

Soft Four-Way Stretch Fabric: Flexible fabric stretches in multiple directions to accommodate your body and provide a less rigid feel through the midsection.

Open-Bust Design: The bust remains uncovered, allowing you to wear your preferred or surgeon-recommended bra separately.

Wide Shoulder Straps with Foam Padding: Wide, closed straps include foam padding for cushioning at the shoulders. This style does not have hook-adjustable shoulder straps.

Crotch Options: Choose between a fabric flap or zipper flap based on your preferred restroom access. Both options allow access without removing the entire garment.

2 Standard Leg Lengths: Choose between knee and ankle lengths based on the coverage recommended for your procedure:

Knee: 11.5 in. Coverage through the thighs to the knee.
Ankle: 21.5 in. Extended coverage through the thighs and lower legs.

Waist, hip, and torso sizing are selected according to your measurements, while leg length follows these standard Tributo options.

Crotch Flap Opening: A fabric flap at the crotch provides restroom access without removing the entire garment.

Space for Recovery Accessories: The flexible construction accommodates abdominal boards and foams when included in your surgeon-recommended care routine.
