Smart Compression Panels: Serena uses engineered panels to distribute Stage 2 compression through the abdomen, waist, flanks, and back. The compression comes from the fabric and panel construction rather than internal rods.

BBL-Specific Compression Placement: Stage 2 compression is focused through the waist, abdomen, flanks, and back while the hips and glutes are designed with zero compression for BBL and fat transfer procedures.

Rod-Free Construction: Designed without waist rods for a more flexible feel through the midsection while still providing the firmer compression expected from a Stage 2 garment.

Heat-Bonded Center Front: A heat-bonded center panel creates a smooth, streamlined finish through the abdomen and complements Serena’s flexible construction.

Different Fit Feel: If you are used to more structured Stage 2 fajas with rods, Serena may feel noticeably softer and more flexible around the waist. Because of its fabric and construction, some clients may also reach a closer hook setting sooner. Hook position should be considered together with how the garment fits and compresses overall.

4-Position Adjustable Closure: Multiple hook-and-eye settings let you fine-tune the fit as your measurements change. An internal clasp adds security to the front closure.

Bra-Free Design: The open-bust construction allows you to wear your preferred or surgeon-recommended bra.

Wide Adjustable Straps: Padded shoulder straps have three rows of hook-and-eye adjustments to fine-tune the fit across the upper body.

Full-Back Coverage: The 2004 extends coverage across the upper back and flanks for a more enclosed fit than the thin-strap Serena 2001.

3 Standard Leg Lengths: Choose from three standard lengths based on the amount of thigh coverage you prefer:

Short: 4.5 in. Minimal thigh coverage.
Half-Thigh: 6.5 in. Extends farther through the upper thigh.
Knee: 11.5 in. Provides the most thigh coverage of the three options.

The body fit is customized using your measurements, while leg length follows these standard Tributo options.
