It is typically considered around 3 to 4+ months post-op, once you are comfortable with firmer compression and have been cleared to transition into Stage 3.

Aphrodite’s Smart Compression comes from its engineered fabric and panel construction, delivering high compression through the waist and abdomen while incorporating internal support rods for a more structured, defined fit. Unlike Serena’s rod-free construction, Aphrodite combines the flexibility of Smart Compression with additional support through the midsection. This makes it especially relevant for clients who prefer a more structured hourglass silhouette without relying on a traditional built-in latex waist.

Made to your measurements, this mommy makeover version includes intentional compression through the hips and glutes to complement overall abdominal support and provide shaping through the lower body. The 2004’s signature wide, padded adjustable shoulder straps and full-back coverage create a more enclosed, securely held fit through the torso, while its open-bust design allows you to wear the separate post-surgical bra recommended for your breast procedure. It combines structured Smart Compression with fuller back coverage and a precise fit for your individual proportions.

If your mommy makeover includes BBL or fat transfer to the hips or glutes, choose the corresponding BBL & Fat Transfer version designed with zero compression over those areas.

What to Expect?

Keep Your Faja at Its Best

Proper care helps preserve the compression of the Aphrodite, the elasticity of the fabric, the structure of the support rods, and the integrity of the faja.

Hand Wash Preferred: Wash with cold water and mild detergent. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle, fasten all hooks, and place the faja inside a mesh laundry bag.

Do Not Wring or Twist: Gently press out excess water to protect the fabric, and internal structure.

Air Dry Only: Lay flat or hang in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat and strong sunlight.

NEVER Tumble Dry: Dryer heat can permanently damage the Aphrodite fabric, and Lycra, compromise the garment’s elasticity and compression, and ruin the faja.

Avoid Fabric Softeners and Bleach: These products can affect the performance and feel of compression materials.

Do Not Iron: Direct heat can damage the fabric and latex and should never be applied to the garment.
