Designed for the transition beyond your initial post-op garment, generally considered around 2–3 weeks after surgery, depending on incision healing and your surgeon’s clearance.

Serena Deluxe Rod-Free Construction: Smart Compression comes from Serena’s engineered fabric and panel construction rather than internal support rods. A heat-bonded center front creates a smooth finish through the abdominal area with less rigid structure around the midsection.

Intentional Hip & Glute Compression: This Mommy Makeover version includes compression through the hips and glutes to complement the garment’s overall abdominal and lower-front support. It is not designed for procedures involving fat transfer to these areas.

A Different Compression Feel: If you are used to traditional Powernet fajas with rods, Serena may feel softer and more flexible around the waist. Because of its fabric and construction, you may also be able to reach a tighter hook position sooner than expected. Hook position alone does not determine whether the garment is providing the correct fit or compression.

4-Position Adjustable Closure: Multiple hook-and-eye settings let you fine-tune the fit as your measurements change. An internal clasp adds security to the front closure.

Open-Bust Design: The open-bust construction allows you to wear the separate post-surgical bra recommended for your breast procedure, so bust and body compression can be managed independently.

Wide, Padded Adjustable Shoulder Straps: Wide straps provide broader shoulder coverage, with pads for cushioning and a three-row hook system to adjust the fit at the shoulders.

Full-Back Coverage: Extended coverage through the upper and lower back complements the garment’s abdominal and waist support for a more enclosed fit through the torso.

3 Standard Leg Lengths: Choose from three standard lengths based on the amount of thigh coverage you prefer:

Short: 4.5 in. Minimal thigh coverage.
Half-Thigh: 6.5 in. Extends farther through the upper thigh.
Knee: 11.5 in. Provides the most thigh coverage of the three options.

The body fit is customized using your measurements, while leg length follows these standard Tributo options.

Smooth, Flexible Construction: The rod-free waist and bonded front reduce rigid structure through the midsection, making Serena especially relevant for clients who prefer a softer Stage 2 feel or are more sensitive to structured garments.

Crotch Options: Choose between a fabric flap or zipper flap based on your preferred restroom access.
