The 2004 Aphrodite Custom Stage 3 is designed for clients who are several months post-op after Lipo or Lipo 360 and are ready to move into Stage 3 compression with more complete upper-body coverage. It is typically considered around 3 to 4+ months post-op, once you are comfortable with firmer compression and have been cleared to transition into this stage.

Made to your measurements, Aphrodite keeps the flexible, comfortable feel of Smart Compression while adding support rods for greater structure and definition through the waist. The rods reinforce the midsection and create a firmer compression feel than Serena Stage 2, while the Smart Compression construction preserves the flexibility and comfort that define this garment family.

What sets the 2004 apart is its full-back design and wide adjustable straps. This configuration provides more complete coverage around the torso and back with a more secure upper-body feel. It is a strong Stage 3 option for clients who want more waist structure and definition after Lipo or Lipo 360 while prioritizing comfort, flexibility and fuller coverage.
The Details That Matter

Custom Fit Based on Your Measurements: Made to your individual proportions using five body measurements: underbust, waist, hips, torso length and thigh circumference.

Stage 3 Smart Compression: Uses the flexible, comfort-focused Smart Compression construction of the Serena family, with added rods for greater waist structure, definition and a firmer Stage 3 feel.

6-Rod Smart Compression Structure: Six support rods work with Smart Compression to reinforce the midsection and add greater structure and definition through the waist while preserving the garment’s flexible feel.

A Different Compression Feel: If you are used to traditional Powernet fajas with rods, Aphrodite may feel softer and more flexible by comparison. Because of its fabric and construction, you may also be able to reach a tighter hook position sooner than expected. Hook position alone does not determine whether the garment is providing the correct fit or compression.

Full-Back Coverage: Extends coverage across the back for a more complete fit around the torso, making the 2004 especially relevant for clients who prefer more coverage after Lipo 360.

Wide Adjustable Straps: Wide padded straps provide a more substantial upper-body fit than thin-strap styles. Three rows of hooks allow you to adjust the shoulder fit for greater comfort.

Bust-Free Design: Leaves the bust uncovered so you can wear your preferred bra separately while maintaining the garment’s full-back coverage and torso compression.

Soft, Flexible Compression Fabric: Uses the same comfort-focused fabric construction as Serena, allowing the garment to remain flexible while the rods provide the added waist structure that distinguishes Aphrodite Stage 3.

4-Position Adjustable Closure: Multiple hook positions allow you to adjust the front closure as your preferred fit changes.

Three Standard Leg Lengths: Choose Short (4.5 in) for minimal thigh coverage, Half-Thigh (6.5 in) for extended upper-thigh coverage, or Knee (11.5 in) for the most thigh coverage.

Body fit is custom; leg length is selected from these standard Tributo options.

Hip & Glute Shaping for Lipo / Lipo 360: This version fits closely through the hips and glutes as part of its Lipo and Lipo 360 configuration. A snug fit in these areas is intentional.

BBL & Fat Transfer Guidance: If you are less than 6 months post-op, or still need reduced or zero compression over the hips and glutes, choose a Tributo style specifically designed for BBL or fat-transfer recovery. If you are 6+ months post-op and have been cleared for compression in these areas, this style may be an option.

Keep Your Faja at Its Best

Proper care helps preserve the compression of the Aphrodite, the elasticity of the fabric, the structure of the support rods, and the integrity of the faja.

Hand Wash Preferred: Wash with cold water and mild detergent. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle, fasten all hooks, and place the faja inside a mesh laundry bag.

Do Not Wring or Twist: Gently press out excess water to protect the fabric, and internal structure.

Air Dry Only: Lay flat or hang in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat and strong sunlight.

NEVER Tumble Dry: Dryer heat can permanently damage the Aphrodite fabric, and Lycra, compromise the garment’s elasticity and compression, and ruin the faja.

Avoid Fabric Softeners and Bleach: These products can affect the performance and feel of compression materials.

Do Not Iron: Direct heat can damage the fabric and latex and should never be applied to the garment.
