Discover your faja

The 2001 Serena Custom Stage 2 Tummy Tuck Faja is designed for women transitioning beyond their initial Stage 1 garment who prefer a more flexible, rod-free feel around the waist. The transition is often discussed around 2–3 weeks post-op, but your timing depends on your recovery, incision healing, and your surgeon’s clearance to begin firmer Stage 2 compression.

Serena’s Smart Compression comes from its fabric and engineered panel construction, delivering high compression through the waist and abdomen without internal rods. Its heat-bonded center front creates a smooth finish through the abdominal area, with less rigid structure around the midsection. This makes Serena especially relevant for clients who find traditional structured fajas too stiff and prefer a softer-feeling Stage 2 option.

Made to your measurements, this tummy tuck version includes intentional compression through the hips and glutes to complement overall abdominal and lower-front support. Thin straps, minimal upper-back coverage, and an open-bust design keep the upper body streamlined and allow you to wear your preferred bra. The result is a close, supportive fit that combines waist shaping with Serena’s distinctive flexibility.

The Details That Matter

Custom Fit: Your Serena 2001 is made to your measurements so the garment follows your individual proportions more closely than standard sizing.

Smart Compression Panels: Serena uses engineered panels to distribute high Stage 2 compression through the abdomen and waist. The compression comes from the fabric and panel construction rather than internal rods.

Tummy Tuck Compression Placement: This version includes intentional compression through the hips and glutes to complement overall abdominal support, including the lower abdomen and FUPA area.

Rod-Free Construction: Designed without waist rods for a more flexible feel through the midsection while still providing the firmer compression expected from a Stage 2 garment.

Heat-Bonded Center Front: A heat-bonded center panel creates a smooth, streamlined finish through the abdomen and complements Serena’s flexible construction.

A Different Compression Feel: If you are used to traditional Powernet fajas with rods, Serena may feel softer and more flexible around the waist. Because of its fabric and construction, you may also be able to reach a tighter hook position sooner than expected. Hook position alone does not determine whether the garment is providing the correct fit or compression.

4-Position Adjustable Closure: Multiple hook-and-eye settings let you fine-tune the fit as your measurements change. An internal clasp adds security to the front closure.

Open-Bust Design: The open-bust construction allows you to wear your preferred or surgeon-recommended bra separately.

Thin Shoulder Straps: Slim straps keep shoulder coverage minimal for easier layering under clothing.

Minimal Upper-Back Coverage: This style provides minimal coverage through the upper back for a more open, streamlined fit.

3 Standard Leg Lengths: Choose from three standard lengths based on the amount of thigh coverage you prefer:

Short: 4.5 in. Minimal thigh coverage.
Half-Thigh: 6.5 in. Extends farther through the upper thigh.
Knee: 11.5 in. Provides the most thigh coverage of the three options.

The body fit is customized using your measurements, while leg length follows these standard Tributo options.

Smooth, Flexible Construction: The rod-free waist and bonded front reduce rigid structure through the midsection, making Serena especially relevant for clients who prefer a softer Stage 2 feel or are more sensitive to structured garments.

Crotch Options: Choose between a fabric flap or zipper flap based on your preferred restroom access.

For Combined Tummy Tuck + BBL Procedures: If your surgery includes BBL or fat transfer to the hips or glutes, choose the corresponding Serena version from our BBL & Fat Transfer collection, which provides zero compression in those areas. Confirm your garment choice with your surgeon.

Handmade in Colombia: Each Serena 2001 is custom made in Colombia as part of Tributo’s production process.

Material & Color Note: Serena fabrics may have a slightly shinier appearance depending on the color and finish. Actual color may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Why You'll Love It

Stage 2 Support With Less Stiffness: Once you are cleared for Stage 2 after tummy tuck surgery, Serena offers firmer abdominal control with a more flexible feel around the waist. It is an option for clients who want high compression but find traditional structured fajas too rigid.

More Flexibility as You Move: The rod-free midsection follows changes in position with less rigid resistance, making sitting and moving through your daily routine feel less restrictive than in a garment with waist rods.

A More Enveloping Fit Through the Lower Body: Intentional compression through the hips and glutes complements abdominal support, creating a connected, held-in feel for clients who want shaping beyond the waist after tummy tuck surgery.

A Smoother Look Beneath Clothing: The bonded front reduces bulk through the abdominal area, helping clothing lie more smoothly over the garment while providing waist definition during wear.

Support That Accounts for Your Proportions: A fit made to your measurements accommodates the relationship between your waist, hips, and torso, so you do not have to compromise between a standard size that fits one area and feels wrong in another.

Less Coverage, More Wardrobe Flexibility: Thin straps and an open upper back make Serena 2001 easier to layer beneath more open tops. You can also wear your preferred bra independently of your abdominal compression.

Keep Your Faja at Its Best

Your garment is seamlessly bonded for a sleek look and feel. To protect the bonded finish and keep your faja performing at its best:

Wash gently: Hand wash in cool water (max 30°C, 86°F). If machine washing, turn inside out and use a mesh bag on a delicate cycle.

Keep it mild: Use gentle detergent only. No bleach, and no fabric softener.

No twisting: Squeeze gently. Do not wring or twist.

Air dry only: Skip the dryer. Lay flat or hang to dry away from heat and direct sun.

Avoid heat tools: No ironing, steaming, or direct heat over bonded areas.

Treat the bond right, and it will return the favor.

Returns & Fit Policy

Because our Custom Fajas are made to your measurements and are intimate post-surgical garments, returns and exchanges are limited for hygiene and product integrity.

Eligible fit concerns are first reviewed under our ExpertFit Guaranteed™ program. U.S. customers who purchased Tributo Care may also have additional coverage under that program. If your request does not qualify under either program, our General Terms & Conditions apply.
